Welcome to Ashmont Secondary School

Ashmont Secondary School serves the rural County of St. Paul, Saddle Lake and Whitefish (Goodfish Lake) Reserves. The Hamlet of Ashmont has a population of about one hundred people. The school population is about 290 and most students arrive by bus.

With a prudent focus on academics, moral intelligence, athletics, and fine arts, Ashmont Secondary School provides a well-rounded program that will nurture our children through their formative years. Ashmont Secondary School is an important part of St. Paul Regional Division No. 1, and here at Ashmont Secondary School we believe that "Once a falcon, always a falcon" means that we will prepare your children with the tools that will help them through their entire lives.

At Ashmont Secondary, we believe in holistic education that encompasses the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of self.  Our mission is to create an environment that enables all students to work toward mastery of grade level skills.  We commit to a comprehensive system of support to promote student success and a high graduation rate.
